CAN I HIRE YOU FOR UPDATES?

Yes, you can hire KRUSH for updates — however, our goal is to equip you to confidently and seamlessly use, update, and maintain your project through provided training and resources. Update plans are available.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BEGIN MY PROJECT?

The most important thing you will need is content. KRUSH does not write or provide text content. It’s important that your voice is heard throughout your brand and this is the biggest part of your homework. We will send you a FREE guideline for what’s needed, but it’s up to you to convey what you want to say to your potential clients in your own words.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?

It’s best to submit your Booking Request or purchase your experience at least 1-2 months before you would like your project to launch. This allows plenty of time to gather all content (text and images), build your brand, and make revisions if necessary. Remember, good design takes time!

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

By default with every project investment, we split all projects into two equal payments of 50% each. The first payment is due to book us, and the second payment is due at the completion of the project. You can also choose to pay in full if you prefer to get the finances out of the way.
